Jones H W Rfn 47095 12th Royal Irish Rifles Harry William Jones (Warehouse, Fetter Lane) enlisted in July 1916 in the Rifle Brigade; he was afterwards transferred successively to the Middlesex Regt., the Queen's (Royal West Surrey Regt.), and the Royal Irish Rifles. He went to France in July 1917, and after more than a year's active service in the field he died on August 21st, 1918, at No. 62 Casualty Clearing Station of wounds received in action.
