Westwood G F Pnr 214288 Royal Engineers George Frederick Westwood (Warehouse) enlisted in December 1915 in the 3rd Bn. Suffolk Regt. In October 1916 he transferred to the Royal Engineers (Special Brigade), and in the following month he went to France, where he served until the armistice. He was promoted Lance-Corporal in August 1918.
