Chanter A E Pte R/1371 1st Cambridgeshire Regiment Tran 60221 Royal Defence Corps Albert Ernest Chanter (Compositor), who had served in the Territorial Force since 1912, was mobilised on the outbreak of war with the Cambridgeshire Regt. and served overseas with the 1/1st Bn. He was wounded on September 3rd, 1916.
