Fordham F C Pte 326152 1st Cambridgeshire Regiment
Frederick Clements Fordham (Machine Room) enlisted in November 1914 in the Cambridgeshire Regt., and served successively in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Bns., attaining the rank of Corporal. He served in France from December 1916 to March 1917, when he was invalided home with trench fever, and again from September 1917 until the following December, when he returned home suffering from shell-shock and gas- poisoning. He was discharged from the service on medical grounds in May 1918.
