Walter Charles Hoye (Compositor) enlisted in May 1915, at the age of 44, in the Army Service Corps, from which he was afterwards transferred to No. 722 Labour Coy. He served in France from May 1915 until February 1919, when he returned to England for demobilisation. He was promoted Corporal in 1916.
