Mann W F Pte 1613 1st Cambridgeshire Regiment Walter Francis Mann (Apprentice compositor), already serving in the Territorial Force at the outbreak of war, was mobilised with the Cambridgeshire Regt. on August 4th, 1914. He went to France with the 1/1st Bn. in February 1915. In July 1916 he was severely wounded in the skull, and after several months in hospital he was discharged from the service on medical grounds in the following November.
