Russell A R Pte 5120 6th Leinster Regiment Alfred Richard Russell (Art Department) enlisted in January 1916 in the Suffolk Regt., in which he served in the 11th and 3rd Bns.; he afterwards served in the 1st and 6th Bns. of the Leinster Regt. He saw 9 months service in Salonika and 18 months in Palestine and Egypt, being wounded in April 1918 in Palestine. He was demobilised in March 1919.
