ERNEST ROWLAND CHAPPELL, Royal Garrison Artillery, became a member of The Stock Exchange in 1909 and was with the firm of Richardson and Co.<\/p>\n<p>He met his death just before the Armistice while on duty with his battery outside Loos, being mortally wounded by a shell.
