The Gordon Highlanders, s. of William Cameron, of Woodpark, Edingight, Grange, Keith, Shepherd; b. Portree, Isle of Skye, 27 July, 1897; educ. Glenfoundland National School was a Shepherd joined the Gordon Highlanders 29 May. 1916: served with the Expeditionary Force in France and Flanders from the following Oct.; was wounded three times, and was killed in action near Tien-St.-Amand, north-east of Cambrai, 14 Oct. 1918. Buried in the British Military Cemetery, Thun-St.-Martin.
